Job Specifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Talent Management & Performance Management Process

Lead the process of Performance Management for the assigned cluster/area.

  • Facilitate Smart goal setting of Management staff within the given timeline.
  • Ensure midyear dialogues are done and recorded in system to develop a culture of continuous feed.
  • Lead the performance calibration process for the assigned cluster/area.
  • Ensure yearend dialogues are done and recorded in system
  • Encourage & facilitate Talent Mobility/exchange of talent within or outside cluster through Rotation, Secondment, Transfer and OJP.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensures that appropriate Performance improvement plans in place and are actively managed by the Line Managers.
  • Ensures that Personal Development plans are actively managed by the Line Managers for high & Future potential.

Culture & Engagement

  • Develop employee engagement action plan for the cluster based on employee engagement survey results.
  • Implement different employee engagement initiatives with the help of business.
  • Ensure implementation of Recognition Framework to embed KE values.

Understanding Talent Needs & Facilitate Talent Acquisition

  • Identify talent issues and talent need of the business and support in aligning talent acquisition strategy with business needs.
  • Provide operational support to TA which includes JRF Creation & approvals, interviewing Scheduling; CV Screening.
  • Facilitate TA in recruiting campaigns & Bulk Hiring project

Learning & Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion

  • Conduct Learning Needs Assessment of the Cluster.
  • Facilitate Learning & Development process of all Cluster staff.
  • Participate in the development, facilitation, evaluation and monitoring of leadership and skills training programs
  • Drive the workforce diversity agenda find opportunities to increase the Diversity index.
  • Support the roll out of HR projects, Initiatives and organizational change programs to support the HR strategy

Organizational Design & Change Management

  • Review structure in line with Strategic Objectives & business challenges and redesign structures around those objectives and challenges
  • Implementation of Redesigned Structures to achieve Strategic objectives.
  • leading the change initiatives which include but not limited to are finalizing Organizational structures while staying within the boundaries of approved headcounts, organize townhalls, Organizational Communication, Resource mapping and talent acquisition, update HR Systems etc.

HR Analytics & Data Monitoring

  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
  • Ensure that the employee SAP data is up to date
